At Swanson Hunting Acres, you will be hunting at the Oldest and Largest preserve in Nebraska. We offer Pheasant hunts from September 15 - January 1. Sorry no Debit/Credit cards Accepted Our Preserve Our Preserve consists of 1600 natural acres of native vegetation on scenic rolling hills, crop, and range land. All the hunting land is family owned and in the immediate area of the Hunting Lodge. Experience We have been in business since 1983. We have 98% satisfaction with repeat customers. We are a BBB accredited business with A+ rating. Lodging and Food Stay at our Beautiful Hand-built Log Lodge and enjoy our delicious home cooked meals during your visit. Non-Shooting Guests are always Welcome.

Includes 3 meals

$350 per person
Full Day Hunt
Includes Eight Pheasants
Includes 3 meals
Includes one night lodging
$600 per person
Extra Pheasants are available
for additional cost.
Schedule of a Day's Hunt
Plan to arrive in the afternoon or early evening
to relax, get acquainted with the area
or do some trap shooting.
Eve before your Hunt
A delicious home cooked dinner will be served
that evening. The night will also be spent at the lodge.
7:30 A.M.
A hearty breakfast will be served before
preparing hunting gear to begin your
morning pheasant hunting excursion.
Noon
Return to the lodge for lunch and friendly
conversation from the morning hunt.
2:00 P.M.
Back to the fields for an afternoon
of pheasant hunting.
At the end of a successful and satisfying day,
you will return to the lodge to relax.
If another day of hunting is scheduled,
you will again be our dinner quests.
Food and lodging can be arranged for those
who wish to depart the next morning.

Safety Requirements
- If under age 16, you are required to have
completed a Hunter Safety course
- We require you to wear a hunter's orange cap
(which we provide free of charge and is yours to keep)
- No alcoholic beverages allowed in the field.
